- 1 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained; sprinkled with salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips bacon
Directions

1Place rice, corn, tomato sauce and water in layers in a 2 quart baking dish with
