  • 1 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained; sprinkled with salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 strips bacon
