- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
- 3 lb. venison
Directions

1Slice venison into slices about 3/4-inch thick.

2In a container combine the remaining ingredients.

3Stir well to dissolve.

4Place venison strips into the marinade, making sure that all the venison is covered.

5Marinate overnight, turning if necessary.

6Lay marinated strips on oven rack.

7Cook 6 to 8 hours at 150°.

8They get crisper the longer that they bake.

9Store in an airtight container; it will keep up to two years.
