  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 10 oz. 7-Up
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can shredded coconut, divided

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except coconut.

    Cook until thick. Add coconut.

    Sprinkle coconut on top if desired.
