  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

    Beat all ingredients except 7-Up.

    Mix well.

    Add 7-Up and beat well.

    Pour in 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
