  • 1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) can diet or regular 7-Up soda
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans fancy mix Chinese vegetables, drained

Directions

    In a large skillet cook chicken until tender in the margarine and soy sauce.

    Then add remaining ingredients; cover with lid until heated through.

    Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.
