Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Tear lettuce in small pieces and place in bottom of pan or dish (with a tight lid).

    Layer rest of ingredients in order.

    Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread on top like frosting.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
