- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed

2Mix remaining ingredients together. Boil and pour over cabbage mixture while hot.
