- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Heat milk, water and butter (do not boil).

2Combine all dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.

3Add hot liquids; beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.

4Turn onto a floured board.

5Knead 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.

6Place in greased bowl; grease top.

7Cover and place bowl into large pan of very warm water.

8Let rise 15 minutes.

9Shape into smooth balls and place in greased baking pan.

10Cover and place pan over very warm water.

11Let rise 15 to 25 minutes.

12Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

13Makes 1 dozen.
