- 34 cup rolled oats
- 34 cup rolled barley
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups skim milk
- yoghurt, to serve
Directions

1Place oats and barley and milk and 3/4 cup water in pot.

2Cook over moderate heat and bring to boil, stirring.

3Reduce heat, simmer, stirring till thick, 5 or 6 minutes.

4Spoon into bowls.

5Serve with yoghurt.
