Ingredients
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 4 Prawns
- 1 to 2 leaves Lettuce
- 1/4 Celery
- 2 slice Tomato
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 few drops for the bread Olive oil
- 1 few drops for the avocado Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Wasabi
- 1 tsp White wine
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
Directions

1Peel the shells and tails and devein the prawns.

2Mix the prawns with the preparation ingredients and rinse.

3Bring some water (not listed in the ingredients) to a boil in a small sauce pan and poach the prawns for 2 to 3 minutes.

4Drain and rinse.

5Tear the lettuce and rinse.

6Pat dry with kitchen paper.

7Slice the celery diagonally (remove the fibre if necessary).

8Slice the tomato and avocado, and sprinkle lemon juice over the avocado.

9Combine in a small bowl.

10Toast the bread.

11Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over the bread after toasting.

12Place the lettuce the celery the tomato on top of 5.

13Put the prepared prawns in the centre and arrange the avocado around them.

14Drizzle over top and serve.

15If you are hungry, add another slice of bread to make a proper sandwich.

17Use bread of you choice.

18I used a slice from a normal loaf of bread but I like pain de campagne best for this open sandwich.
