  • 4 oz. Champagne, prosecco, cava, or any dry sparkling wine
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Mint leaf

Directions

    Combine rum, lime juice, honey water, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker; shake well.

    Strain into a glass and top with sparkling wine.

    Carefully shake 3 to 4 drops of bitters on the surface of the drink.

    Garnish by dragging mint leaf through bitters to create a design, then lay mint leaf on top.
