  • Pasta of Choice
  • 3/4 c. Unsalted Butter
  • 4 medium Cloves Garlic, pressed
  • 1 3/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Evaporated Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

    Start the pasta first.

    In 1/2 quart sauce pan, heat the butter, garlic and milk over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter melts and the milk is hot.

    Do not boil.

    Stir in the parmesan Cheese and pepper, continue heating until all is melted.

    Pour sauce over the noodles, serve with additional parmesan and pepper as desired.
