- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. flavoring of choice

1Let butter soften.

2Cream butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

3Add eggs; mix well.

4Add flour (1/2 cup at a time), mix well and add flavoring.

5Bake in a tube pan.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
