- 3/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup rice
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides

2in skillet over moderate heat.

3Combine tomatoes, chopped onion, salt, sugar, rice, and celery together.

4Pour tomato mixture over pork chops, cover, and turn to low heat. Cook until rice and pork chops are done.
