- 1 c. wild rice
- 1 c. white rice
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 c. water chestnuts, cut up
Directions

1Cook wild rice 5 minutes, then drain.

2Cook both rices together for 15 minutes; drain.

3Saute celery and onion in butter. Place rice in baking dish, adding celery, onion, cheese and water chestnuts.

4Add one cup of milk.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
