- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 dash salt
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 whole almonds (for garnish)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Combine sugar, egg, butter, extracts and salt.

3Mix in sliced almonds.

4Place 1 whole almond in each unbaked pastry shell, then spoon almond mixture on top, 3/4 full.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
