Almond Wild Rice

  • 2 c. uncooked wild rice
  • 8 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 6 c. boiling water
  • 4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules

Directions

    Saute rice, onion and almonds in butter 5 minutes or until almonds are browned.

    Stir in water and bouillon granules.

    Pour into an ungreased 10 cup casserole.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
