- 2 c. uncooked wild rice
- 8 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 6 c. boiling water
- 4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
Directions

1Saute rice, onion and almonds in butter 5 minutes or until almonds are browned.

2Stir in water and bouillon granules.

3Pour into an ungreased 10 cup casserole.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
