- 13 cups butter or margarine
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 18 teaspoons salt
- 8 ounces pineapple canned crushed, drained
- 1/4 cups macadamia nuts chopped, or walnuts
- 1/2 cups figs california, dried
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 x coconut flaked
Directions

1In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.

2Combine flour, soda and salt; beat into butter-sugar mixture alternately with pineapple.

3Stir in nuts and figs.

4Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350F (180C).

6for 10 to 12 minutes.

7While warm, dip cookies into glaze of powdered sugar and milk; then in coconut.
