Ingredients

  • 5 qt. popcorn, popped
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook sugar, water, salt and corn syrup to 300° to 325° to hard ball stage.

    Add vinegar and vanilla; cook to light or crack stage (270°).

    Pour over popcorn; lightly mold into balls.
