- 170 grams Pork shoulder or pork belly
- 2 tbsp Sugar (I used brown sugar)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 5 Shishito peppers
- 1 Canola oil
Directions

1Rub finely chopped ginger and sake into the pork.

2Heat oil in a pan and add sugar.

3(I use brown sugar, so it's brown.)

4Spread meat on the sugar and heat on medium.

5Flip once one side becomes juicy and brown.

6Add shishito peppers.

7Once both sides are browned, quickly pour soy sauce in circular motion.

8Put heat on high and shake the pan to mix everything together.
