- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. chopped, salted peanuts
Directions

1Mold cream cheese into small, plastic margarine tub.

2Loosen edges; place in pretty serving dish.

3Blend preserves, dry mustard, horseradish and pepper flakes and pour over cream cheese. Sprinkle peanuts over apricot mixture.

4Serve with whole wheat crackers.
