- 1/2 lb. bacon (6 to 8 slices)
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 small carrots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small container sour cream
Directions

1Fry bacon and set aside.

2Leave enough grease in skillet to coat cabbage, potatoes and carrots.

3Slice cabbage and cut potatoes in bite size pieces.

4Add carrots.

5Sprinkle flour on top.

6Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

7Add vinegar and 1 1/2 to 2 cups water.

8Cook slowly from 30 to 40 minutes or until most of the liquid is gone.

9Pour into dish.

10Add sour cream and crumbled bacon; serve.
