- 13 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked 9 inches
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth.

2Heat milk to boiling point.

3Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture.

4Pour that into the remaining hot milk.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

7Bake at 350F (180C).
