Amy'S Brownies

Ingredients

• CAKE:
• 2 cups four
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 sticks butter
• 3/4 cup water
• 3 tbs cocoa
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/3 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• BOIL butter water and cocoa. Add boiled mixture to four, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Bake in 11 x 17 greased pan for 20 minutes at 350.
• ICING:
• 1 stick butter
• 3 tbs cocoa
• 6 tbs milk
• 1 box powered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a low boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice brownies when hot.
