Anchovy Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
  • coarse ground black pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours or overnight.

    Serve with raw bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, jicama and other favorite vegetables.

    This dip sounds odd, but is terrific with raw vegetables.
