  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 12 cup dry white wine
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.

    Add onion and garlic, saute for 8 minutes.

    Stir in chicken broth, rice and wine, and bring to boil.

    reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

    Transfer to serving bowl, and add cheese before serving.
