Butterscotch Pie

   Mix sugar and flour.

   Add cream, blending.

   Add egg yolks, stirring all ingredients well.

   Add water.

   Cook on low heat until mixture thickens.

   Add butter.

   Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Cover with meringue made with egg whites;

   Brown.

   Cool.
