- 1 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl.

2Mix in Bisquick and milk until dough forms.

3Smooth into ball on surface dusted with baking mix.

4Knead 10 times; roll 1/2-inch thick.

5Cut with biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix.

6Place biscuits on an ungreased sheet.

7Let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes.

8Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Makes 9 to 11 buns.
