Ingredients
- 1 pkg. quick active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. Bisquick (original or low fat)
- 1/4 c. milk or low fat
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

2Mix in Bisquick and milk until dough forms.

3Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with Bisquick.

4Knead 10 times.

5Roll 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.

7Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

8Let rise in warm place 30 minutes.

9Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes. Yields 9 to 12 buns.
