- 1 pkg. quick acting active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in medium bowl.

2Mix in Bisquick and milk until dough forms.

3Gently smooth into ball on flour dusted surface.

4Knead 10 times.

5Roll out 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.

8Bake in 400° oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes 9 to 11 buns.
