- 1 c. boiling water or use juice from pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 12 oz. angel food cake
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix Jell-O, water and juice.

2Chill until thick.

3Fold Cool Whip into chilled mixture.

4Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with half of angel food cake (torn).

5Cover with half of mixture. Repeat layers and cover with Cool Whip.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.
