Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water or use juice from pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 12 oz. angel food cake
  • 2 c. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix Jell-O, water and juice.

    Chill until thick.

    Fold Cool Whip into chilled mixture.

    Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with half of angel food cake (torn).

    Cover with half of mixture. Repeat layers and cover with Cool Whip.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
