- 2 pound dried pinto beans
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 pound bacon, chopped
- 2 jalapenos
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon italian seasoning
Directions

1cook dried beans in pressure cooker for no more than 30 minutes

2saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil for ~10 minutes. Add black pepper, italian seasoning and cayenne. Cook another 3 minutes

3Add beans, onion mix and stock to large pot along with other ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer for at least one hour
