- 1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. drained pimento
- 1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can fried onion rings
Directions

1Combine all except 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onion rings.

2Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 8 minutes in the microwave.

3Place remainder of cheese and onion rings on top.

4Bake 5 minutes, uncovered, or 1 minute in microwave.
