- 1 lb Bay scallops
- 1 box angel hair pasta
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 clove chopped garlic
Directions

1Cook pasta as directed.

2Roll scallops in clean towel to remove moisture.

3Saute garlic, onion, anchovy paste and thyme in butter and oil.

4Add wine and reduce by half.

5Add parsley and scallops.

6Cook until scallops are done.

7Approximately 3 minutes.

8Add cheese.
-
9Toss pasta into sauce.
