Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bay scallops
  • 1 box angel hair pasta
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 4 clove chopped garlic

Directions

    Cook pasta as directed.

    Roll scallops in clean towel to remove moisture.

    Saute garlic, onion, anchovy paste and thyme in butter and oil.

    Add wine and reduce by half.

    Add parsley and scallops.

    Cook until scallops are done.

    Approximately 3 minutes.

    Add cheese.

    Toss pasta into sauce.
