- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. slivered carrots
- 1/2 c. slivered celery
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
- 1/4 lb. snow peas
- Few drops of soy sauce
Directions

1Any vegetables may be used!

2Heat oil in skillet until very hot.

3Stir-fry for 1 minute.

4Add celery, zucchini, and carrots and stir 1 minute.

5Add chicken broth.

6Cover and cook 30 minutes.

7Add peas; cover and cook 30 seconds.

8Season; stir and serve with soy sauce.

9Serves 6.
