- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 lean roast (approximately 3 to 5 lb.)
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- water
Directions

1Soak pinto beans overnight.

2Place all ingredients in large roaster pan.

3Cover with water.

4Cook for 12 hours at 250° in covered pan.
