Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pinto beans
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 lean roast (approximately 3 to 5 lb.)
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • water

Directions

    Soak pinto beans overnight.

    Place all ingredients in large roaster pan.

    Cover with water.

    Cook for 12 hours at 250° in covered pan.

    This is great when you need to take a meal!!!
