Ingredients: 1 french bread slim; olive oil; garlic; herb seasoning; 1/2 cup Sicilian olives finely chopped; 1 cup sausage finely diced dry sweet; 1 cup fresh mozzarella finely diced; 3/4 cup roasted red peppers finely chopped; 3/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts finely chopped; 2 tablespoons marinade the artichoke; 1 handful fresh basil rough chopped

2 tablespoons marinade the artichoke

To make the crostini, slice the bread into approx 1/4 in thick slices. Place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and a garlic & herb seasoning. Place the slices onto a lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 385 degrees. They should be a light golden color.

Toss everything together in a bowl. There is no extra seasoning needed. You have the creamy mozzarella, the salty dried sausage, the sweet roasted peppers, the salt of the olives, the tender artichoke hearts and the fresh basil... the flavors meld wonderfully!!!
