- 4 c. red grapes
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Peel skins off grapes and set aside.

2Simmer peeled grapes in a saucepan until tender.

3Remove from heat and remove seeds with a drainer spoon.

4Add skins, vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour.

5Add cinnamon and cloves and boil for 10 minutes.

6Pour into sterilized canning jars and seal tightly.

7Store in cellar or a cool, dry place.

8Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
