Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well.

    In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain.

    Place in a 2-1/2 quart baking dish.
