- 1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In 3-quart casserole, combine potato slices, sauce mix and amount of water and milk called for in potato mix package.

2Add clam juice, onion and pepper.

3Cover and cook 7 to 9 minutes, until boiling.

4Stir and continue cooking 12 to 16 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 4 minutes.

5Add clams, milk and butter.

6Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
