- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. Minced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Minced ripe olives
Directions

1Mix flour and salt; cut margarine in till mix begins to create a ball.

2Blend in lowfat sour cream.

3Divide dough into 4 parts.

4Wrap each part and refrigerateseveral hrs.

5Heat oven to 350 degrees.

6On floured board, roll each section into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle.

7Sprinkle one-half each rectangle with either cheese, onion, mushrooms or possibly olives.

8Fold dough over to make a 6-inch square.

9Cut the 6-inch square into 2-inch squares, pressing edges.

10Continue till all dough is prepared.

11Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.

12May be prepared in advance and refrigerated, then baked for 30 min.

13Makes 36 appetizers.
