- 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- sesame or poppy seed (optional)
Directions

1Fry and crumble sausage; drain well.

2Add cream cheese to sausage; melt and stir in well.

3Open 1 package rolls.

4Take half of dough and press seams together.

5Put half of sausage mixture on dough and top with other half of dough, which you have pressed the seams together on.

6Repeat with other package of rolls.

7Makes 2 rolls.

8Sprinkle rolls with seed, if desired.

9Bake at 350° until rolls are browned.

10Slice and serve.
