  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 Apple, Peeled And Diced
  • 6 ounces, weight Cod Fillet, Diced
  • Lettuce Leaves, To Serve
  • Fresh Chives, To Serve

Directions

    Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

    Add apple and cod and mix gently.

    Place the tartare in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.

    Serve on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of lemon juice and fresh chives.
