- 2 qt. apple pulp
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Wash and quarter apples.

2Use only about 1/2 of apple juice or apple cider.

3Cook over low heat until they are soft.

4Use food mill to separate the pulp from the peeling and seeds.

5Mix and cook over very low heat until all juice is cooked out.

6It will probably take several hours.

7Put in jars and seal.
