Ingredients

  • 16 c. applesauce (approximately 20 lb. apples)
  • 12 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. cinnamon drops

Directions

    Cook in a large pan (roaster) in medium oven (350°) until no water runs off when put in dish.

    Put in jars and seal.
  3. 3
    This makes 10 to 14 pints of apple butter.
