  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine, softened or melted
  • 1 c. nut meats (optional)

    Peel and dice apples.

    Mix the rest of ingredients together. Pour into an 8-inch square pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Leave plain or serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
