  • 4 c. apples, cut fine
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.

    Add vanilla, dry ingredients and apples.

    Bake in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350°.

    Serve while warm with a sauce or whipped cream.
