  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey breast
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 lettuce leaves
