  • 4 fluid oz. apple cider
  • 5 oz. flour (white or wheat, about a c.)
  • 7 oz. brown sugar (about a c.)
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Peel, core and slice apples into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
