- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup egg substitute
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup apple juice concentrate
- 14 cup raisins
- 1 14 cups apples, peeled and chopped
Directions

1Soak raisins in apple juice concentrate for 30 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 350*.

3Coat an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray.

4Stir together the dry ingredients.

6Stir together all wet ingredients, including raisins and juice concentrate.

8Fold together until evenly moistened.
